The answer is scattered across thousands of pages
Summaries of product characteristics (SmPCs) sit with the European Medicines Agency (EMA) and national regulators, prices and reimbursement in national registers, interactions in specialised databases, and guidelines in PDF files on the websites of the societies. Doctors and pharmacists need a fast answer with a source.

House rules
Six rules that shape every screen
They apply to every module and every answer. That is why Wardside sometimes declines to answer.
A citation is mandatory
Every statement links to the exact section of its source. Text without a citation is not shown.
No clinical recommendations
Wardside shows what the sources state. It does not choose a therapy or make a diagnosis.
Nothing clinical is invented
If the source contains no severity, dose or mechanism, the screen says so instead of guessing.
Products are not deleted
A product that disappears from the registers stays, with the note “no longer listed in the registers”.
No links to other websites
The only outbound link is the document itself: the SmPC or the package leaflet at the EMA or the national regulator.
Loading errors are not hidden
If a source fails to load, the screen says so. An error never looks like empty data or like “no interactions”.

Why does Wardside not give treatment recommendations?
Because the decision belongs to the doctor. Wardside shows what the official sources state, with a citation to the exact section, and never chooses a therapy. That is why it is not a clinical decision support system and is not a medical device within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2017/745.
