For institutions: One platform for the whole institution

Wardside is deployed for the organisation, not for an individual doctor. Staff sign in with their work account and work with your formulary and your protocols, while access is managed centrally, by role and department.

Administration

Centralised management of access and content

The administration console covers users and roles, the formulary, the organisation’s documents and the audit log.

Sign-in with the work account

Single sign-on (SSO) or work email domain, with automatic approval or approval by the administrator.

Roles and departments

Physician, nurse, pharmacist; staff are assigned to departments.

The formulary

You upload it as CSV or XLSX. Each row is matched against the register, and uncertain rows go to review. 24 versions are kept.

Internal documents

The organisation’s protocols and rules are cited in the answers on a par with the SmPC. Only your staff can see them.

Tracked products and notifications

Up to 200 tracked products, with an alert when the price, the status or the export ban changes. A weekly notification on the formulary.

Audit log and monthly report

The audit log is available to the administrator and the pharmacist. A usage report arrives every month.

Network computers

A shared computer on the hospital network without a personal account: register, interactions and calculators, with no chat and no history.

Questions

Common questions

More answers: FAQ

Can an individual doctor use Wardside?

Wardside is offered to institutions: hospitals, pharmacy chains, medical universities, pharmaceutical companies and professional societies. Doctors, pharmacists and students get access through their organisation.

How do staff sign in?

With their work account: through single sign-on (SSO) or by work email domain, with automatic approval or approval by the administrator. The administrator can also invite people by email; the invitation is valid for 30 days.

Who can see what staff search for?

The organisation’s audit log is available only to its administrator and its pharmacist. The Wardside operator sees only metadata. Names, national identification numbers and phone numbers are masked before the question reaches the language model and the audit log.
