Status, reimbursement and prices per package
The register in Wardside brings together data from the European Medicines Agency (EMA) and the national medicine registers, price and reimbursement lists and export-ban lists of each connected country. Every field keeps its source.

SmPC changes over the last 12 months
When the EMA or a national regulator publishes a new version of an SmPC, Wardside compares it with the old one section by section, and the old version is archived.

Markers and tracking
Every change raises an alert
Products carry the regulators’ markers. The company tracks up to 200 products and receives an alert when something changes.
Additional monitoring
Products under additional monitoring carry the black triangle ▼. The data comes from the EMA report on centrally authorised products.

Rx or OTC for every product, from the register. A product is not deleted: it is marked as no longer listed in the registers.

You add your own products and the products in the same therapeutic group. Wardside tracks the price per package, the status and the national export-ban list and raises an alert whenever something changes.

Can a pharmaceutical company use Wardside?
Yes, as an organisation. Industry is a separate user type: staff sign in by invitation or with the company’s work email domain and do not enter a professional registration number. The company’s administrator invites the team and manages access.
Can we present our products in Wardside?
No. Wardside is an information service, not an advertising channel. All products are shown under the same rules, as they appear in the official registers and in the SmPC.
How can we tell how current the data is?
Every product page shows three dates: the last check of the registers, the last change in the register and the date of the SmPC. Changes to the SmPC over the last 12 months are listed by section.
What does product tracking cover?
The price per package, the authorisation status and presence on the national export-ban list. The organisation tracks up to 200 products. The first check sets a baseline, and after that every change triggers an alert.
Where is the company’s data stored?
In the EU, in Belgium (europe-west1). The organisation’s audit log can be read only by its administrator and by members with the pharmacist role; the Wardside operator sees only metadata. Details on the Security page.
