Administration
Tracked products, with an alert on change
The chain’s administrator manages access from a dedicated console. The pharmacist tracks the products that matter for the range.
Up to 200 tracked products
Wardside tracks the price per package, the authorisation status and the national export-ban list. When something changes, the chain receives an alert.

Sign-in for the whole team

Roles and branches
Pharmacists are assigned to departments in the console. In a chain these can be the branches, and the monthly report can be viewed by branch.
Internal rules
The chain’s procedures are uploaded as PDF, Markdown or text. The chat cites them alongside the SmPC, and only your staff can see them.
Audit log and report
The audit log can be read only by the administrator and the chain’s pharmacist. A PDF usage report arrives every month.

Where do the prices and reimbursement come from?
From the national reimbursement list and the national price files of each connected country. Every price is per package and carries its source. In the chat, prices appear in a card read directly from the register; the model does not paraphrase them.
How are interactions checked?
The pharmacist adds up to 20 products and Wardside checks every pair among their ingredients. The data comes from a curated database, with sources such as ANSM and Cerner Multum: 171,659 pairs with a stated severity and 585,150 without a grade. There are three severity levels, and when the sources differ, the more severe one is shown. Food, alcohol and duplicate therapy are shown separately.
What does the export-ban marker mean?
That the package is on the national export-ban list. Wardside shows the marker on the product and the period for which the list applies. For tracked products, the chain receives an alert when a product enters or leaves the list.
How do pharmacists from different branches sign in?
With their work account: through single sign-on (SSO) or by the chain’s work email domain. The administrator invites staff by email, with the invitation valid for 30 days, and assigns roles and departments. Registration is by invitation or domain only.
Does Wardside replace the pharmacist’s judgement?
No. Wardside shows what the SmPC, the registers and the curated interaction databases state, with a citation to the source. It is not a clinical decision support system and not a medical device. Every answer in the chat carries the line “Not a treatment recommendation”.
